Scope of Application:
This is a packaging machine with fully automatic liquid steeping equipment, which is suitable for the packing of wet tissue with single piece.

Wet towel material: Medical non-woven fabrics, spunlaced non-woven fabrics and wet-strength paper.
Packaging film base material: HDPE and heat-sealing packaging film.

1. Wholly computerized electromechanical integration for control, thus safe and reliable.
2. Synchronous completion of wet tissue shaping and cutting, liquor steeping, date printing and finished product packaging.
3. Secondary pollution-free, thus hygienic, safe and labor force and resource saving.
4. Continual conveying the wet tissue for synchronous shaping, and fast adjustment of different sizes.
5. The length of the over wrapping can be automatically aligned by the photoelectric tracing system, hence accurate in pattern and convenient.
6. Rolling type air release is completely up to the packaging standard.
7. Equipped with Ink wheel date coder for the impressing of the date at the intermediate sealing.
8. Its shell is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel.

The machines of special size can be customized as per the customer's requirements.
